Before founding Zeigler Law Group, LLC, Sonya started her career practicing in Pennsylvania with the firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2002, she relocated to New Jersey, where she merged her tax background within the practice of divorce law. Sonya joined the law firm of Lous, Zeigler Law, where she was named partner in January 2007. In 2011, Sonya became one of the founding partners of Zeigler Law, a full-service boutique firm designed to assist clients with matrimonial litigation and resolution of their real estate and financial matters.

BIOGRAPHY
Sonya brings the same passion to other areas of her life as she does to her law practice. She is an avid lover and collector of exotic cars. Sonya and her brother own Zeigler Exotic Cars in Pennsylvania, known as “The First Family of Exotic Cars.” Zeigler Exotic Cars offers Ferraris, Aston Martins, Porches, Lamborghinis, and other one-of-a-kind automobiles catering to car enthusiasts, collectors, and everyday drivers. Sonya is also a member of the Ferrari Club of America. Sonya’s knowledge of exotic cars has led to her representing many owners of exotic cars, which are often valuable assets of the marital estate.
Sonya is also a devoted animal lover and is actively involved with several rescue groups. She works with Rescue Ridge and sponsors Ocean County and Monmouth County fundraising events. Sonya’s dedication to animals in need expands to Barthélemy. In St. Barth’s, Sonya works to help the overwhelming number of homeless cats on the island by raising and donating money for food and free veterinarian services. She has designed a logo to represent the volunteer work for homeless animals on the island with the text, “My Heart, St. Barth’s.”
Sonya’s love for animals includes her beloved pets. Sonya’s dogs are not only the superheroes in her life but also in the children’s book she is writing. Sonya has trademarked the name “Wonderful Wiggles” for the upcoming series that highlights each of her dog’s superpowers and what makes them so special.
Sonya believes in supporting her community and local businesses. An avid art collector herself, Sonya co-hosts art shows with artists Eric and Kiersten Heitman. Proceeds from these events are donated to local charities.
Sonya K. Zeigler, Esq. has been a practicing attorney since 1997. Before attending Temple University School of Law, Sonya received her undergraduate degree from LaSalle University in 1994. She obtained her J.D. and graduated from law school in May 1997. Sonya also earned an LL.M. in Taxation in 2002 from the Villanova University School of Law.
Sonya has a well-earned reputation among her colleagues and the legal community for vigorous advocacy. She is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
